Fondacioni Europe is a foundation established in Tirana (Albania) on 27 May 2011 and registered at the Tirana Court on 28 July 2011, aimed to creating an international network of laboratories for the production of ” research actions” in the field of local development, education, community planning, sustainable tourism, internationalization of business, product innovation and process innovation.

Fondacioni Europe participated in the project proposal submitted to the CIP Program and called “VEROTOUR” for the creation of a tourist itinerary based on Venetian trade routes promoted by the Veneto Region together with the World Tourism Organization of the United Nations, the Council of Europe and other public and private partners.

Fondacioni Europa is Academic Member of NECSTOUR, The Network of European Regions for Competitive and Sustainable Tourism.

The March 8, 2012 Fondacioni Europe submitted to the Ministry of University and Research of the Republic of Albania for instance the creation of the University Europeans.
On 16 November 2012 the Public Agency for Accreditation in higher education (APAAL) published the approval of three Faculties for the University of European Studies, namely the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Biological and Pharmaceutical, the Faculty of Business and the Faculty of Tourism, and authorizing 7 Bachelor and Master. The signature of the Ministry is in process.

With Decision n. 407 on 19.2.2013, The Ministry of Labour of Republic of Albania granted Fondacioni Europa of the authorisation for the Vocational and Educational Training (VET) Centre.

Fondacioni Europa already cooperates with a number of central and local Albanian public administration in the field of local development, sustainable tourism and EU funds.

Among the others, Fondacioni Europa owns specific expertise in the field of tourism and project design and for this reason various proposals along with its European network of partners are in progress.
